Ways to Experience Reiki
You can receive Reiki with me in two ways - each equally powerful, just a little different in how we connect:
In-Person Reiki (for women only)
Held in a calm, nurturing space, in-person sessions allow you to fully relax while I channel Reiki directly. It’s an opportunity to switch off from the outside world and give your body, mind, and spirit time to reset.
Distance Reiki (available to everyone)
Energy isn’t limited by time or space, which means Reiki can be just as effective when shared remotely as it is in person. During a distance session, I tune into your energy field and channel Reiki to you, wherever you are in the world.

In both options, we’ll set an intention beforehand, and all you need to do is rest comfortably while the healing flows. Many clients report sensations of warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of calm during their sessions.

After your first session, we’ll discuss how you're feeling and decide together on the best number of sessions for your needs. Some clients choose monthly or bi-weekly sessions for ongoing support
